Refunds Policy

All CluedUpp tickets are purchased as non-refundable, but are fully exchangeable with a Flex Pass. Customers can purchase a Flex Pass which allows them to exchange their event ticket for any other future CluedUpp ticket within a 12-month period. 

In the event that a game is cancelled or postponed due to an issue beyond the organiser's control (i.e. poor weather conditions, natural disasters, government mandate) then no refunds will be offered, however we will offer a  Flex Pass to exchange to a new event. Once the cancellation or postponement is confirmed we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with further event details.

If the event is cancelled due to an issue within the organiser's control, then a full refund may be offered strictly at the organiser's discretion.

If you have purchased a Flex Pass and would like to book yourself onto a different event, please contact the organiser at hello@cluedupp.com so that your ticket can be exchanged. For Exclusive Event ticket holders, the organiser must be contacted no later than 1 week prior to the event.
